Walkie Talkie Rental in Fort Worth
Motorola CP200 walkies, RCA RDR2500 walkies, Eartec lightweight headset kits of 5, and Hollyland Solidcom SE Pro headsets for full-duplex talk between the director, ADs, and camera. Surveillance earpieces and speaker mics fit both radios. A 15-person crew usually needs 10 to 15 walkies. Tell us your crew size and we'll count it out.

Pop-Up Tents, Shade, and Weather Gear
10x10 and 10x20 pop-up tents for basecamp and crafty, golf umbrellas for stand-by, and 24-inch stainless steel floor fans for Texas summers. For cold-weather shoots we carry electric heaters, double-head propane heaters with tank, and HotHands hand warmers.
Safety, Power, and Expendables
First aid kits, fire extinguishers, Class 2 high-visibility safety vests, clear anti-scratch safety glasses, Rubber-Cal corrugated cable ramps and rubber flooring, stinger Edison extension cords, coolers, and brooms with dustpans. The things that keep a location clean and a set safe, and that nobody remembers until they need them.
Every item is priced by the day or by the week, and a 3-day rental bills as a week. Enter your rental dates at the top of the page to see availability.
Production Supply Rental FAQ
-
Yes. Pick up at our shop at 911 S Main St in Fort Worth, or ask for delivery anywhere in DFW. Supplies ride along with camera, lighting, and grip orders at no extra trip.
-
Yes, and it's the easiest way to do it. One order, one pickup, one invoice, and the whole thing counts as Texas vendor spend for the state incentive.
-
Give us your gear list and we'll prep it in advance, production supplies included, so nobody spends a day loading the truck before day one. Ask about a pre-packed production van or a Sprinter grip package, and combine it with your camera and lighting order for a single pickup.
-
Yes. We still carry Motorola CP200 walkies, and they're the radio most crews ask for by name. Motorola has discontinued the CP200, so we've been moving our fleet to the RCA RDR2500. It's a drop-in replacement: same UHF bands, same channel workflow, same push-to-talk feel, and it accepts the standard crew accessories you already own, including surveillance earpieces, headsets, and speaker mics. It also outperforms the CP200 on battery life and audio clarity, and it rents for less than half the daily rate. If your production has a CP200-only spec, tell us when you book and we'll pull them for you. Otherwise the RDR2500 is what we'll send, and most crews don't notice the switch until they see the invoice.
