Prep Bay Live is Shine Cine's live event series for the DFW film community. You get an hour and a half of crew hang, lunch, and time on the gear. Then we record a Prep Bay podcast in front of the room, and you get to ask questions. Then we go back to the dollies. This is our last Prep Bay Live of 2026, so we're going all out. It's one you won't want to miss.

A dolly with an Academy Award.

The Academy honored Leonard Chapman for designing the Hustler dolly. His company has been moving Hollywood's cameras since 1945. On October 17, two Chapman/Leonard dollies roll into Fort Worth, and you get your hands on both.
