Shine Cine Call Sheets — Terms of Service

Shine Cine Call Sheets (the "Service") is a free web tool operated by Shinyboard LLC, doing business as Shine Cine ("Shine Cine", "we", "us"), 911 S Main St, Fort Worth, TX 76104. Productions use it to build call sheets, text crew members their call times, and track confirmations. By creating an account or sending a call sheet you agree to these Terms.

The Service will live at callsheets.shinecine.com. Until launch, this page is the official copy of the Terms.

1. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the production company you represent.

2. Your responsibility for recipients

You may only send call sheets to people who gave their phone number to your production and expect scheduling communications from it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the names and numbers you upload and for honoring any request to stop. You may not use the Service for marketing, promotions, or any message that is not about a production the recipient is working on.

3. Text messages

Call sheets are delivered by SMS. Before every send you must confirm, with a standalone checkbox, that your recipients agreed to receive call sheet texts from you through the Service. Message and data rates may apply. Anyone can reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from the Service, and START to resume. We block texts to any number that has opted out, across every production.

4. What we store

Spreadsheets are read in your browser. We store only the names, positions, phone numbers, emails, call times, and paperwork checkboxes you import, plus the call sheets you build. Rate and financial columns are ignored. We process this data only to provide the Service and act as your processor for it.

5. Crew directory

A crew member who opens their call sheet may choose to join the Shine Cine crew directory. That choice is theirs, is separate from confirming a call time, and can be reversed at any time. Producers cannot add anyone to the directory.

6. Acceptable use

No spam, no marketing texts, no uploading data you do not have the right to use, no attempts to circumvent sending limits. We rate-limit sending and may suspend accounts that generate carrier complaints.

7. Availability and liability

The Service is provided as-is and free of charge. Always confirm critical call times directly with your crew. Shine Cine is not liable for missed calls, carrier delivery failures, or downtime. To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to $100.

8. Retention and deletion

Personal call sheet links stop working 30 days after the shoot date. You can delete a production at any time. Message logs and view events are deleted twelve months after the shoot date.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version number and effective date at the top will change, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
