Shine Cine Call Sheets — Privacy Policy

This policy covers Shine Cine Call Sheets, a free call sheet tool operated by Shinyboard LLC, doing business as Shine Cine, 911 S Main St, Fort Worth, TX 76104. The tool will live at callsheets.shinecine.com.

Producers (people who build call sheets)

We store your email address to sign you in with a one-time code, and the productions, call sheets, and contact lists you create.

Crew and talent (people who receive call sheets)

If a producer uploads your details, we store your name, position, phone number, email, and call time so we can text you a link to your call sheet on the producer's behalf. We record when you open the link and whether you confirmed, so the producer knows you saw it. We do not sell this data and we do not use it for marketing.

Text messages

Texts are sent through Twilio. Each message is about a specific production you are working on and includes your call time and a private link. Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from this service; reply START to resume. Message and data rates may apply. Your phone number and consent status are not shared with third parties other than our SMS carrier.

Crew directory (optional)

Only if you turn on "Add me to the Shine Cine crew directory" from your call sheet page do we keep your name, position, department, city, and contact info in a directory that Shine Cine may share with productions looking for crew. You can remove yourself with the link in any directory email or by writing to hello@shinecine.com. We record the consent text you agreed to and when.

Service providers

Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Twilio (SMS), Resend (sign-in emails), Google Maps (addresses), Open-Meteo (weather).

Retention

Call sheet links expire 30 days after the shoot. Message logs and view events are deleted twelve months after the shoot date. Producers can delete a production at any time.

Your rights

Write to hello@shinecine.com to access, correct, or delete your data. Texas and California residents have additional rights under state law and can exercise them the same way.
