Rental Technician / Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Rental Technician / Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will manage and organize cinema camera equipment rentals, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a smooth rental experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage a variety of cinema cameras, lighting equipment, and grip gear.

  • Organize and maintain gear in an efficient and orderly manner.

  • Assist clients with equipment prep, ensuring they have everything they need for their shoots.

  • Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding camera equipment and accessories.

  • Learn new tech and stay updated on the latest equipment trends.

  • Lift and transport heavy gear as needed.

  • Ensure excellent customer service by being friendly, helpful, and focused on client satisfaction.

  • Interact with Rental Database and Softwarel

Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of cinema cameras and basic understanding of lighting and grip equipment (or willingness to learn).

  • Strong organizational skills and a love for following processes.

  • Ability to lift heavy equipment.

  • A customer-focused attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Self Motivated
